The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (RCA) will host Dr. Rafia Ghobash and her new publication “A Woman Ahead of Her Era” during a panel discussion and signing ceremony tomorrow at Al Safa Art and Design Library in Dubai.

The signing ceremony and the session are a celebration of Emirati women and their achievements, and in recognition of the importance of their roles and the impact of her presence in society, as the writer will talk about her outstanding publication, in which the story of «mother and homeland», underlined, and discovered after its completion that «was not a human biography as much as the memory of society».

The session will be attended by Hala Badri, Director General of the Culture and Arts Authority in Dubai, and a group of authors and poets at Al Safa Art and Design Library in Dubai, tomorrow at 6 pm.
