A man who had been repeatedly refusing to appear at the police was detected by the police on the suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Law after a speeding violation was detected by a mobile control device installed on a road in Saitama Prefecture. Mr. Hiroyuki Komatsu (34), a company employee in Ageo City, Saitama, was arrested. According to the police, Komatsu was suspected of violating the Road Traffic Act in April, saying he ran on a prefectural road in Hasuda City, Saitama Prefecture at a speed of 78 km, which is 38 km above the speed limit.

Komatsu was repeatedly asked to appear by the police, but refused to appear by sending a letter stating, "Lending the car to a third party. I was arrested.

According to police investigation, Komatsu has stated that he believed in the information that he was circulated on the Internet and that he could escape the violation if he submitted a petition to the police.
