The police department of the Fukushima police headquarters had trouble over accounting for a restaurant in the downtown area of Shinjuku, Tokyo, and was arrested on August 18 for violating two men.
Mr. Koichiro Takahashi (43), the chief of the police department, was acting as the deputy manager of the Regional Transportation Division of the Aizuwakamatsu Police Station in Fukushima Prefecture.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, Mr. Takahashi had trouble with accounting at a restaurant in Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo at midnight on the 15th of this month. There is a suspicion of assault.
Mr. Takahashi is visiting Kabukicho on vacation, eating and drinking at the girls bar alone, and when he was charged 60,000 yen for accounting, the money was only 20,000 yen and it became an argument.
