60-year-old man injured by a bear while mowing, Kitaakita August 18, 15:11

According to the police, Tsuya-san was mowing herself in the field of Toyohiko Tsuya (60) in Bozawa, Kita-Akita, around 8:30 am on the 18th, when she was attacked by a bear.

Mr. Tsuya drove a car and went to a hospital in the city, and then he was transported by a doctor helicopter to a hospital in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture for treatment.

According to the police, Tsuya-san is injured and thought to have been injured by bears on his head, face, and more than a dozen places on both arms, but there is no difference in life.

The site is a rural area about 5 kilometers southwest of JR Takanosu Station, and there are paddy fields, fields and forests in the vicinity.

The police are calling out to the residents to watch out for bears by putting out police cars in the vicinity.
