Now Instagram users will be able to report fake content so that it is checked by a team of fact checkers, the Poynter portal writes.
In order to do this, the user will need to click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the Instagram post, marking it first as “inappropriate” and then as “fake”.
It is noted that such messages will not be deleted, but their promotion using special hashtags will be prohibited.
