The prosecution was filed by Daisuke Kawasaki (51), the representative director of “WIN Company”, a consulting company in Fukuoka City.

According to the Tokyo District Prosecutor's Office, Defendants Kawasaki is a professor who examines business plans for five company-led childcare facilities in Nagoya City, Fukuoka City, and Osaka City. And guilty of fraud, etc., for fooling around 480 million yen including the national subsidy.

“Corporate-led childcare centers” established by companies were introduced by the government three years ago for the purpose of eliminating waiting children, etc., and if certain standards are met, three-fourths of maintenance costs and subsidies for operating costs will be provided. You can receive it, but in 4 out of 5 childcare facilities that were the subject of the incident, the subsidy decision has been canceled by 13th.

Defendant Kawasaki has already been prosecuted for fraud and other crimes for fooling about 100 million yen of loan from a credit union in Yokohama over the establishment of a company-led nursery school.

According to the officials, some of the content prosecuted against the investigation by the Special Search Department has been denied.
