The third season of the drama series The Crown can be seen from November 17 on the American servers of streaming service Netlifx, reports Deadline Monday.
Actor Tobias Menzies already told the end of July that The Crown would continue in November, but now it has also been confirmed.
In the new season, the series around the history of the British royal family picks up the thread again in 1964, in which The Beatles become famous and England becomes world champion two years later. The third series will illuminate the royal family until 1977.
In this season, Queen Elizabeth is no longer played by Claire Foy, but by Olivia Colman. Prince Philip, Jonkheer Snowdon and Princess Margaret become Tobias Menzies, Ben Daniels and Helena Bonham Carter respectively. Josh O'Connor plays Prince Charles.
When the new series will be on show in the Netherlands is not yet known.
