German tightrope walker set world record in Central Russia

The German extreme athlete, 29-year-old Fredi Kühne, set a world record in Perm, having walked 1 km on a cable stretched at the height of the 12th floor. The route from the local theater to the Legislative Assembly was included in the Guinness Book of Records as the longest such walk, made in urban conditions. For 45 minutes spent over the city, Kühne demonstrated several tricks, danced and stopped three times to rest.
