INGREDIENTS

60 g of sugar (adjustment to taste)

500 g of fruit cut into pieces if necessary and frozen without caking (see suggestion)

120 g of cream

PREPARATION

1. Put the sugar in the glass and spray 15 sec / vel 10.

2. Add the frozen fruit and crush 15 sec / vel 8.

3. Add the cream and, using the spatula, mix 40 sec / vel 5. Serve immediately.

SUGGESTIONS

For a firmer consistency, put the ice cream in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.

Whenever you have traces of fruit, freeze them to take advantage of preparing an ice cream.

The fruit should be frozen in separate pieces. Cut it before freezing it if necessary (it is not in the case of strawberries, raspberries, etc.), put the separated pieces on a tray and put it in the freezer. Once frozen, use them directly or keep them in the freezer in a bag for later use.

VARIATIONS

Use any frozen fruit (eg strawberries, raspberries, cherries, peach).

Prepare a lighter ice cream by replacing the cream with yogurt or quark cheese, or a combination of both.
