Publisher reconciles with power harassment to former employee “Rack of ability” etc.

It was found that a settlement was reached in the Tokyo District Court for a case in which a man who worked for a publisher in Tokyo demanded damages because he received power harassment from the presidents.

Forty-five-year-old man, a former employee of the publisher “Seirindo” in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, was accused of being ill-informed by the president and senior executive as “insufficient”. The Tokyo District Court filed a lawsuit seeking damages of approximately 20 million yen.

According to the “Tokyo manager union,” a man joins, last month the settlement was settled on the condition that the company paid a resolution and apologized for power harassment against the man.

The amount of the settlement money is not disclosed.

“Seirindo” commented on this, “We will take reconciliation seriously and be careful not to do this in the future.”
