According to the Tokyo Fire Department and the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, at around 9:00 am, the train stops due to a power failure near Yahiro Station on the Keisei Electric Railway Oshiage Line in Sumida-ku, Tokyo. In the train, the air conditioner has stopped working due to the power outage, and there are about five passengers complaining of poor health.
