The singer Rosalia is one of the faces that will star in the Pirelli 2020 calendar and, together with stars like Emma Watson and Kristen Stewart, she will become the Juliet of Shakespeare, but with a modern twist, under the direction of the Italian photographer Paolo Roversi.

The tire house has released a video that shows how the process of creating this calendar has been, which took place during the month of May between Paris and Verona, under the direction of the renowned photographer Roversi , 72.

He has chosen the song Looking for Juliet , for which he has been inspired by the classic Romeo and Juliet , but has taken a turn to adapt it to the 21st century.

"As a child I saw a movie about that story in a parish with my mother and asked 'Can't you change the ending?'. It is a memory that has always haunted me during my career and there have been many Julietas, many portraits of women extraordinary, but the search is not over yet, "he confesses in an interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.

In addition to Rosalía, Watson and Stewart, British actresses Claire Foy and Mia Goth , American Indya Moore and Yara Shahidi, Franco-Italian Stella Roversi and Chinese singer Chris Lee are also put under her lens.
