The sixth edition of the 2017 Liwa Ajman Wet and Honey Festival, organized by the Tourism Development Department in Ajman over the past four days, has attracted thousands of visitors who have been keen to follow up the activities of the event which ended yesterday.

The festival included a range of community initiatives, including discounts for owners and 80 kg of free honey. The Honey Quality Analysis Laboratory, with the participation of the Dubai Municipality, also examined the types of honey. At the end of each day of the festival, the winners of the competitions of wet, honey, citrus, fruits and popular cooking, whose prizes reached about 420 thousand dirhams, were revealed.

The festival included a number of activities aimed at reviving the heritage and celebrating the ancient Emirati customs in a fun festive atmosphere and exciting activities for the whole family.
