Next week, actress Josefine Preuß receives the Jupiter Award for Best TV Actress for the ZDFneo series "Nix Festes". But the 33-year-old also knows about the problems that fame can bring.

"Yes, as a teenager I had a stalker during my time in the series 'Schloss Einstein'," says Preuß in an interview with the "Berliner Morgenpost". They differentiate between a fan who falls in love with a role and someone who stalks in a private relationship. "That's another thing altogether," says Preuß. If you know yourself, "quite different guns could be driven up".

Preuß had finally made the breakthrough as an actress with "Turkish for Beginners" together with Elyas M'Barek. On April 1, she is seen as a doctor in a less humorous role. In the movie "Your life is mine" (April 1, 8:15 pm, Sat.1) is stalked by her husband, played by fellow actor and friend Vladimir Burlakov.

Josefine Preuß was stalked: "I became very sensitized"

Preuß got support after the incident at "Schloss Einstein". The TV production and her parents would have taken care of the stalker, she tells the "Berliner Morgenpost". "I became very sensitized to the topic."

In the interview, Preuss advises women not to respond to the wishes of the stalker. "We women tend to communicate a lot, to clarify conflicts in conversation," says Preuß the newspaper. "In that case, that would be exactly the wrong signal."
