The police stopped a wedding parade with 10 to 15 cars in the Ruhr area on Easter Saturday. A cyclist had injured himself according to police because of the reckless driving style of the column with Herten (circle Recklinghausen). In addition, a shot was fired from the entourage of the wedding party, as the police said.

According to the information, the participants of the motorcade honked each other. A cyclist was forced to an emergency stop, fell and injured easily.

The column continued despite the accident. The police identified the driver of the leading convoy car and the car of the accident cause. It was reported.

It was not the only use of the police of this kind on the Easter weekend: In Duisburg alone, the police had to release six times because of excessive wedding celebrations.

Car coaches had in recent weeks repeatedly provided for negative headlines, for example, because revelers deliberately brought traffic on motorways to a standstill or blocked intersections.
