Then a neighbor spotted the mating animal - in a gully. First, the man with the help of other residents tried to lift the lid. Vain. The helpers called the fire department, which tackled the problem with a hammer, chisel and crowbar.

As the forces announced, the cat could be released from his prison and taken to a shelter in Heidelberg. There he was picked up by his owner on Monday, as confirmed by an animal shelter spokeswoman.
