Even as a child, Catherine the Pearl decided to follow in the footsteps of her parents and get an acting education. However, she did not go to the desired GITIS the first time. She was accepted into the Ippolitov-Ivanov Music School, from where she transferred to the studio of the famous Roma theater. And after all, she entered GITIS. In the cinema, she first appeared in 1970, playing a cameo in the film "On Friends of Comrades." In total, the actress took part in 40 projects, including the films “Tabor Goes to the Sky”, “Carnival”, “Eagle and Tails,” as well as the series “Eternal Call”.
