Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu visited the command post of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. He heard reports on the current situation, the nature of the enemy’s actions and the execution of combat missions by fleet units.

Earlier, the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said that the loud sounds that were heard in the city center were associated with a planned training of the Black SeaFleet. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the visit was part of a working trip to the troops of the Southern Military District.
