On the 9th, the Provincial Supervision Commission of the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection notified the accountability of the Donghe pollution problem in Baoshan City, gave 4 responsible units accountable, and held 21 cadres accountable.

　　Recently, the Eighth Central Ecological and Environmental Protection Supervision Group notified that the Donghe River, whose water quality was Grade III monitored in 2018, has deteriorated year by year, and the water quality of the Donghe River will be worse than Grade V in 2020.

After the notification, the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Provincial Supervisory Committee filed the case directly for direct investigation and conducted a comprehensive and in-depth investigation.

　　After investigation, Baoshan Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, Longyang District Party Committee, District Government and related functional departments have found that the strategy of ecological civilization construction is not firm or resolute. They put forward more slogans, and promote less implementation, and adhere to the people-centered development thinking tree.
