For his part, Al-Ahly youth coach, Spaniard Gerard Zaragoza, said in a press conference: "We respect Al-Jazeera a lot, for its good group of great players, so we expect a strong confrontation between the two teams that pass the ball most in the league, which means that they are the most offensive."

About the possibility of Ahmed Khalil's return against Al-Jazeera, Zaragoza said: "Khalil is training, now, with his teammates normally, and we expect him to return to participate with the team during the remaining matches, this month."

Al-Jazirah defeated Shabab Al-Ahly in their last two league matches.
