At 2 pm, the Seoul Administrative Court gives a judgment against the cancellation of the suspension of the execution of duties, which was filed by Candidate Yoon against the Minister of Justice.
In December of last year, the Ministry of Justice suspended the execution of his duties stating that Yoon was confirmed to have been seriously misled, and the Prosecution and Disciplinary Committee under the Ministry of Justice decided to suspend him for two months.
Candidate Yoon filed a lawsuit stating that the suspension of the execution of duties and disciplinary action were not in accordance with the procedures, and the reason for the disciplinary action was not true.
