Yamanashi Prefecture and Kofu City have announced that it has been confirmed that a total of seven men and women in their 20s and 90s are infected with the new coronavirus.
The symptoms of 7 people are mild or asymptomatic.
A total of 1138 people have been confirmed infected in the prefecture.
Yamanashi Prefecture also announced that it has been confirmed that a total of 10 men and women living in the prefecture who have been confirmed to be infected with the virus have been infected with the mutated virus.
The number of people infected with the mutated virus announced in the prefecture is now 52.
