  Wu Zhiguo, male, Han nationality, born in November 1953, Shanxi Lishiren, university degree. Joined the Communist Party of China in November 1976 and joined the work in September 1971.

  From December 1983 to December 1992, he successively served as Deputy Secretary of the Luliang District Committee of the Communist Youth League, Deputy Secretary of the Zhongyang County Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Luliang District Committee, and Secretary of the Luliang District Committee of the Communist Youth League;

  From December 1992 to March 1995, he served as deputy secretary and county head of the Lanxian County Party Committee;

  From March 1995 to June 1996, he served as Secretary and County Mayor of Lanxian County Party Committee;

  From June 1996 to June 1998, he served as Secretary of the Lanxian County Party Committee;

  From June 2003 to February 2004, served as a member of the Luliang District Committee;

  From February 2004 to July 2009, he served as member of the Standing Committee of Lvliang Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee;

  From July 2009 to April 2012, he served as the Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor of Luliang Municipal Committee;

  From April 2012 to July 2012, he served as deputy secretary and deputy mayor of Luliang Municipal Committee;

  From July 2012 to December 2013, served as deputy secretary of Luliang Municipal Party Committee;

  In December 2013, he retired.
