Windows 11 returns connections to control panel

Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22538 is now available.

This release features some interface changes, voice input improvements, and fixes some user-reported issues.

For example, a bug that caused text to appear in the Settings app has been fixed.

Meanwhile, Wi-Fi signal indicators in Quick Settings now correctly reflect signal strength bars.

As a final example, the delayed audio sync issue that occurred when playing a video after the computer came out of sleep has been mitigated.
