  In recent years, under the vigorous promotion of national policies, the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly, but the problem of charging difficulties still plagues the majority of new energy vehicle owners.

  "One is hard to find" in the high-speed service area

  On October 1, the encounter of a new energy car owner queuing for 4 hours to charge for 1 hour was widely concerned.

  It is reported that this new energy vehicle owner who returned to Hunan from Shenzhen checked the navigation and found that there was no traffic jam on the road, so he temporarily decided to return to his hometown in Hunan from Shenzhen.

He could be there in 8 hours, but because of the need to charge the car, the time has doubled.

  The car owner said: "The journey is relatively smooth. When you get to the Leiyang service area, you have to charge. As a result, there are more than 20 cars in the line at the charging station. I estimate that it will be at least 3 hours in line, so I persuaded many cars to leave behind."

  In addition, a new energy car owner in Guangdong did not dare to turn on the air conditioner when encountering a high-speed traffic jam, and two car owners fought in the high-speed service area in order to grab the charging pile and other news, which also blasted social media.

  Relevant experts pointed out that during the "11th" holiday, many charging piles in high-speed service areas are "difficult to find" because the development of new energy vehicles in my country is too fast and the construction speed of charging piles has not kept up.

  According to the data provided by the Ministry of Transport before the "Eleventh" period, the number of charging piles in the high-speed service area has reached 10,836, and the number of charging pile service areas has reached 2,318.

According to this calculation, the average number of service areas equipped with charging piles does not exceed 5.

The data shows that as of September this year, my country's new energy vehicle ownership is 6.78 million.

During the holidays, many new energy car owners drive on high speeds, and it is difficult to avoid charging problems in the service area.

  The broken pile was not repaired in time

  On October 1, the reporter found in the Luanxian, Lulong, and Beidaihe service areas of the Beijing-Harbin Expressway that the charging piles in the three service areas had equipment failures that were not repaired in time.

When it was 1 km away from the Lulong service area, the reporter saw that there were two idle piles displayed on the e-charging app, but when the reporter arrived, he found that one of the four charging piles was broken, and the other three were charging. There are no idle piles.

This has caused some new energy vehicle owners to wait a long time for charging.

  "The country is now vigorously developing new energy vehicles. If the infrastructure cannot keep up, it will affect the development of the industry. Although there are more charging piles in the high-speed service area than before, they still cannot meet the demand, and some piles are broken and not in time. Maintenance.   Changing electricity is also an idea

  Experts said that to solve the problem of charging new energy vehicles, on the one hand, it is necessary to make a fuss about the increase, increase the construction of charging piles, and there are more piles, and the charging queue problem can naturally be alleviated.

On the other hand, it is necessary to revitalize the inventory, and to manage and maintain the existing charging piles. Especially during the holidays, the demand for charging piles in the high-speed service area is large. Therefore, the service area and charging pile managers should give them in advance before the holiday. All charging piles undergo a comprehensive "physical examination".

  The reporter noticed that recently, relevant enterprises in Jiujiang, Jiangxi, conducted "physical examinations" on charging piles in high-speed service areas on the eve of the National Day to ensure convenient travel during festivals.

At the same time, during the holidays, special personnel are also arranged to increase the frequency of inspections of the charging and swapping power station facilities, pay close attention to the operation of the equipment, and respond to customer power demand in a timely manner to provide reliable power guarantee for low-carbon travel during holidays.
