We recommend that you only run the trial version on a computer that is not your main device, as there are a lot of small issues right now.

Computer manufacturers like Lenovo have released some guidelines for other users with Windows 7 and above devices that may have a chance to upgrade for free, but with a caveat.

There is also an option to downgrade to an older version of Windows 10 if you're having problems with Windows 11.

This is available in current Insider versions, but you can only do this within 10 days of upgrading your device.

Minimum Specifications

There has been a lot of discussion about which devices are eligible to download Windows 11.

Regardless of TPM requirements, some are wondering if they need to upgrade their PC or laptop soon.

The processor must be 1 GHz or faster with at least two cores, and the processor must be compatible with a “64-bit” or “SoC” system (SoC), and the RAM must not be less than 4 GB, and the external storage capacity must be 64 GB, and it must contain The device is on UEFI and Secure Boot capable firmware.
