Brazilian goalkeeper Alison Baker scored a goal at the end of stoppage time to save his team Liverpool from a draw and lead them to a 2-1 victory over West Bromwich Albion on Sunday, in the 36th round of the English Premier League.
The same round also saw Tottenham's 2-0 victory over Wolverhampton and Crystal Palace over Aston Villa 3-2.
And Liverpool were just seconds away from the draw and squandered easy opportunities in their strenuous attempts to secure the Champions League participation in next season
But goalkeeper Alison Baker snatched a precious victory over modest West Bromwich Albion, who was relegated to the first division earlier this season.

Liverpool raised its score to 63 points in fifth place, one point behind Chelsea, and West Brom stuck at 26 points in the nineteenth place penultimate.
The first half of the match ended with a 1-1 draw, with West Bromwich striking the net through Hal Robson Kanoo in the 15th minute, and Egyptian star Mohamed Salah tied for Liverpool in the 33rd minute.
Desperation to score the winning goal prompted Alison Baker to advance to the opponent's penalty area;
To help his teammates during a corner kick in the fifth minute of stoppage time, and brilliantly grabbed the ball with his head from the corner kick, which was played by Trent Alexander Arnold directly, and directed it to a very difficult corner to the left of the goalkeeper, scoring the winning goal in the deadly time, just before the referee ended the match.
With his goal against West Bromwich Albion, Mohamed Salah tied Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane with 22 goals in the Premier League's top scorer this season.
