Warehouse fire in Mussafah Industrial City
The teams of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense have controlled a fire that broke out in a warehouse for storing building materials and electrical tools in the Mussafah Industrial Area in Abu Dhabi, without causing any casualties, and succeeded in preventing the spread of flames to neighboring warehouses.
The authority stated that the firefighting and ambulance teams received a report on Sunday morning from the operating room that the fire had broken out and immediately moved to the site of the accident and it was brought under control and began cooling operations.
The authority called for the need to adhere to the requirements of prevention and safety and to ensure the maintenance of fire extinguishing equipment, indicating that investigations are still underway to determine the circumstances and causes of the accident.
