A Spanish court has ordered the execution of a prison sentence against Bayern Munich's soccer world champion Lucas Hernandez.

The 25-year-old was convicted in December 2019 of violating a ban on approach and contact with his former girlfriend, with whom he is now married after the reconciliation.

The 32nd criminal court in Madrid on Wednesday ordered Hernandez to appear there on October 19 and serve a six-month prison sentence within ten days.

The requested suspension was refused.

In 2017, the professional was banned from contact because of a violent argument with his current wife.

According to the court, the couple violated this rule by flying to Miami together a few months later.
