Barcelona defender Gerard Pique adopted a city campaign to urge citizens to use bicycles again to conserve the environment in the era of the Corona Virus pandemic, after he went on his bike to the stadium for a top match against Espanyol in the Spanish Football League on Wednesday.
Becky - who went to training on more than one occasion by bicycle - surprised the crowd as he walked down a downhill car park at Camp Nou on a bike, wearing a baseball cap, pants and a shirt.

This happened even though it is considered a private risk before an important match for Barcelona, who won 1-0 to keep a glimmer of hope in continuing the title competition with Real Madrid, who led by one point, and has a match remaining tomorrow, Friday, with Alaves.

The Barcelona local government has strengthened its commitment to make the city safe for bicycle use, in an effort to reduce the use of public transport due to the Corona pandemic, and recently pledged to create an additional 21 km of bicycle paths.
