“Donfried arrived to confirm our strategic partnership, the US commitment to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as cooperation towards Euro-Atlantic integration,” the American diplomatic mission to Ukraine said on Twitter.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in Glasgow met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and assured him that the American side would continue to support the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Blinken also said that Washington and its allies will continue to strengthen Ukraine's energy security.
