Among them, it is proposed to increase assistance for prominent industries affected by the epidemic, support the stable development of large shopping malls, encourage the city's department stores and shopping malls to grant rent reductions and exemptions to resident merchants during the epidemic, and plan to provide appropriate subsidies to operating companies that take measures to reduce or exempt rents.

  The notice clarifies that it is applicable to operating companies of department stores and shopping malls that meet the following conditions at the same time:

  1. Department stores and shopping centers with a construction area of ​​more than 20,000 square meters in the administrative area of ​​this city (the complex is only the construction area of ​​the commercial part, excluding office buildings, hotels, etc.);

  2. From January 1st to August 31st, 2022, more than 30% of the tenants (number) will be reduced or exempted from rent, and the reduction and exemption period will exceed 30 days (inclusive).

  The subsidy standard is: a capital subsidy of no more than 500,000 yuan for large shopping malls with a construction area of ​​100,000 square meters (inclusive) or more; a maximum of 250,000 yuan for large shopping malls with a construction area of ​​50,000 square meters (inclusive) to 100,000 square meters The capital subsidy for large shopping malls with a construction area of ​​20,000 square meters (inclusive) to 50,000 square meters is not more than 100,000 yuan.
