While many traders remain uncertain about the recovery after two months of closure, in Paris, social landlords have suspended payment in the second quarter for businesses located at the bottom of HLM. This measure concerns some 6,800 stores. Invited Sunday of the Grand Rendez-vous on Europe 1, Julien Denormandie, the Minister in charge of the City and Housing, called for the "responsibility" of the donors, and inviting them to proceed to pure and simple cancellations of payment in the face of situations the most critical.
"It is on a case-by-case basis, since people will not be able to pay, it must not be just a sprawl, it must be a cancellation," said the minister. "When you are a trader at the bottom of a building and you have no activity, obviously you have to find flexibility." And to recall: "In social landlord, there is social!"
