The team, consisting of Safia Al-Sayegh, Sheikha Issa, Zahra Hussein and Huda Hussein, won the gold medal after recording a time of 37:30.15 minutes, 28 seconds ahead of the Kuwait team, which came in second place, achieving the silver medal with a time of 37:58.88 minutes, while the team team came Bahrain ranked third, taking the bronze medal, with a time of 39:51.59 minutes.

Saud Al Zaabi, at the end of the men's athletics competitions, came fourth in the 1500-meter race, recording a time of 4.06.84 minutes, while Mohammed Omar ranked fifth in the hammer throwing competition, having scored 62.74 meters.

The UAE shooting tally rose during the past few days to four silvers by Ahmed Al-Amiri in the individual competition for the 10-meter air pistol, and the team won the second place in the team competition for “dirt” shooting through Ahmed Yahya, Dhaher Al-Ariani and Yahya Al-Muhairi, and Ibrahim Ali won the silver medal in the 10th air rifle competition. meter, in addition to the final victory in the 10m air pistol team competition.

Swimmer Yousef Al Matrooshi gave the UAE a gold medal in the 200-meter freestyle swimming with a time of 1:52.95 minutes, and Salem Ghaleb added the silver medal in the 200-meter butterfly competition with a time of 2:06.97 minutes.
