Kim Jong-un, the younger brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, said in a statement yesterday that inter-Korean summits, the reinstallation of the inter-Korean liaison office, and a declaration of an end to the war could be discussed if mutual respect between the two Koreas was maintained.
