A good deal, really?

Two lots with a total area of 20.35 m2 in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine) are offered for auction this Thursday afternoon.

The sale is carried out by the court of Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine), which regularly organizes this type of transaction concerning properties seized by the courts.

This accommodation is located in a private mansion, specifies

A lower price than the market

The starting price for the auction was set at 80.00 euros, or 4,000 euros per square meter.

Bids should, however, soar for properties located in a suburb of Paris where property prices are particularly high.

In Boulogne-Billancourt, the square meter was indeed trading at 9,500 euros in the old one, indicates the SeLoger website.

The price reached 12,000 euros for new housing in 2021 and the average was 9,351 euros.

The town is one of the most expensive in the Hauts-de-Seine.

It was even the second most expensive French city of more than 100,000 inhabitants in terms of real estate last year.
