It was a rather unusual accident that occurred Tuesday afternoon at Plonévez-Porzay near Douarnenez in Finistère. For a reason still unknown and when the weather conditions were good, two paragliders collided above the beach of Kervel around 15:30, reports Le Télégramme .

The two men, aged about fifty, were taken care of by the emergency services in serious condition. Both were transported by helicopter to hospitals in the region, one to the Cavale Blanche in Brest and the other to the Quimper hospital center.
