The current review in Banan District is negative.

  On the morning of August 16, Banan District, Chongqing City received a notification from Linfen City, Shanxi Province, stating that Linfen City had found two people who were initially positive for the new coronavirus nucleic acid test during normalized epidemic surveillance, all of whom were residents of Lianhua Street, Banan District.

The two people drove from Chongqing to Xingtai, Hebei on August 11, and departed from Xingtai on August 14. Sampling, arrived at the residence of Lianhua Street in Banan District on August 15.

  After receiving the report, Banan District immediately took measures such as epidemiological investigation, personnel investigation and control, and site sealing, control and disinfection.
