The project consists of two isolation facilities, namely the additional isolation facility project in Penny's Bay, Hong Kong and the additional isolation facility project in Kai Tak, Hong Kong.

After the project is fully put into use, it is expected to provide about 9,500 isolation units for Hong Kong.

Among them, the additional isolation facility in Penny's Bay in Hong Kong covers an area of ​​more than 450,000 square meters, with a construction area of ​​more than 260,000 square meters. It is 2 stories high and divided into 6 areas. After completion, it will provide more than 6,500 isolation units for Hong Kong.

The newly built isolation facility in Kai Tak, Hong Kong covers an area of ​​more than 80,000 square meters, with a construction area of ​​more than 140,000 square meters. It is 4 stories high and divided into 3 areas. After completion, it will provide Hong Kong with more than 3,000 isolation units.

In order to achieve phased delivery and ensure the safety and convenience of subsequent use, each area of ​​the two facilities is equipped with medical, office, storage and other auxiliary facilities and independent water supply and power supply.
