Two cases of new omicron strain detected in Great Britain

Since November 26, the UK has temporarily canceled flights with South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Namibia, Eswatini due to the discovery of a new strain of coronavirus B.1.1.529.

The first cases of the disease with a new strain of coronavirus have already been identified in Germany and Israel.

It was also reported that the chairman of the World Medical Association, Frank Ulrich Montgomery, believes that the new omicron coronavirus strain may become as dangerous as the Ebola virus.
