US President Trump said yesterday in local time that he had approved an agreement with Oracle, a US enterprise software company, to negotiate the sale of TikTok, a video-sharing social media in China.



According to foreign media, President Trump met with reporters at the White House and said that TikTok's parent company Bytedance said, "I have conceptually approved this agreement," about the ongoing sale negotiations with US companies Oracle and Wal-Mart. I think."



"The security will be 100%," said President Trump, and said the agreement has addressed US national security concerns.



President Trump also explained that TikTok, Oracle and Wal-Mart will establish a new company in the United States called TikTok Global to manage the data and computer systems of users in the United States.



They also added that the company will be based in Texas and employ 25,000 people.



"The new company will be completely overseen by Oracle and Wal-Mart," said President Trump. "It will be a new company independent of China."
