Händelsen ska ha utspelat sig på en ort i Östersunds kommun. Enligt åtalet var målsägaren särskilt utsatt då hon befann sig ensam i en bil med med personer hon inte kände och dessutom var berusad.
En av de unga männen åtalas för sexuellt övergrepp alternativt oaktsamt sexuellt övergrepp för att ha tagit på målsägarens könsdelar trots att hon inte deltog frivilligt.
En annan åtalas för sexuellt ofredande då han ska ha öppnat målsägarens gylf. Den tredje personen åtalas för olaga integritetsintrång då han ska ha filmat händelsen och delat det på Snapchat.

According to the indictment, witnesses have testified that the abuse was filmed and that the three young people expressed themselves condescendingly about the plaintiff.
As evidence, the prosecutor also has excerpts from a group chat between the defendants where they must have expressed themselves in a derogatory manner and where they must have realized that they made a mistake.
Further evidence is the film clip shared on social media.
The three 17-year-olds have admitted the course of events but deny the crime.
