THE ESSENTIAL
The 7th stage of the Tour de France, 176.3 km long, now links Tomblaine to the Super Planche des Belles Filles.
Thursday, Tadej Pogacar did well by winning at the top of the final climb in Longwy and taking the yellow jersey.

The final climb to the Super Planche des Filles offers the first very high percentages of the Tour, with passages of more than 20% in the last kilometer.
