According to the report, the timber will be returned by the end of February 2022 after it has been branded to prove that it was used in the Olympics.

It is expected to be used as an Olympic heritage for the interior decoration materials of various local government public facilities, park benches, and elementary school renovation projects.

There is a grocery store and a coffee shop in the Village Plaza, which is the entrance to the accommodation building, with a construction area of about 5,300 square meters.

In order to achieve a sustainable Olympics, it was built with about 40,000 woods provided free of charge by 63 local governments across the country, including Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima, and Kumamoto prefectures affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and Kumamoto Earthquake.

Hashimoto looks forward to saying: "The wood relay implemented with all Japan's participation has also reached the final stage. Perhaps athletes from all over the world participating in the Olympics will also want to visit and leave memories."
