The three, two young men and a young woman are charged with murder, aggravated arson, aggravated theft and vandalism after the incident on February 1, which ended with the death of a woman.
According to the indictment, the three young people have started harassing the woman on a bus between Eksjö and Anneberg.
They then followed the woman to her home and the harassment increased as the day went on.
The process ended in arson.
- The woman who was persecuted and harassed in a protracted sequence of events was killed when one of the accused set fire to the home.
None of the others warned those who were in danger or alerted the fire brigade and therefore I also prosecute them for violating the law for protection against accidents, says chamber prosecutor Heléne Thomasson.
