A 25-year-old man was sentenced on Tuesday to 3 years and 3 months in prison by the Nîmes criminal court.

This resident of the Paris region pretended to stop during a police check, before suddenly restarting when the police got out of their vehicle.

The soldiers took care of him for 7 kilometers, first on the A9 motorway, then in the town of Gallargues-le-Montueux.

Eventually arrested, he refused to submit to alcohol and narcotics testing.

Ruined at the end of the hearing

In a state of recidivism, he was prosecuted for several offenses by the court: driving without insurance, without a license, refusal to comply, refusal to submit to the control and taking the name of a third party: during his control, he provided a false identity to the military.

The court also upheld the carrying of his weapon without legitimate reason.

He was imprisoned at the end of the hearing and his car, a Porsche, was seized at the request of the judge.
