According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, in the next three days, due to the northeast cold vortex, there will be more thundershowers in North China and Northeast China. There will be moderate to heavy rains in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia and the western part of the Northeast. Locally or accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms, gales and hail.

From the 25th to the 26th, there will be moderate to heavy rains in the Sichuan Basin, western Jianghan, northwestern Jiangnan, southern Huanghuai, and northern Guizhou. There will be heavy rains in some areas and local heavy rains.

Yesterday, heavy rainfall occurred in parts of the northern part of Jiangnan, southern Jianghuai, Jilin and other places

  From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 yesterday, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (100-189 mm) in parts of southern and western Yunnan, northwest Guangxi, southern Guizhou, central Hunan, eastern Hubei, northwestern Jiangxi, southern Anhui, and southern Jiangsu. The maximum hourly rainfall in some areas is 40-75 mm, and the local area of ​​Baise in Guangxi is 101 mm; in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, western and southern Jilin, northern Liaoning, and Liaodong Peninsula, there have been heavy to heavy rains, and local heavy rains in Baicheng, Jilin (100-151 Mm), the maximum hourly rainfall in some of the above-mentioned areas is 30-70 mm.

There is heavy to heavy rain in the western part of the eastern and northeastern region of Inner Mongolia

  In the next three days, affected by the Northeast Cold Vortex, there will be more thundershowers in North China and Northeast China.   It is expected that from 08:00 on August 25 to 08:00 on August 26, there will be heavy to heavy rains in parts of the northern Sichuan Plateau, the eastern and southern parts of the Southwest, the eastern Jianghan, and the eastern Inner Mongolia. Among them, the southeastern Sichuan, the southern Chongqing, the northern Guizhou, etc. Heavy rains (100-150 mm) occurred in some areas of the land.

Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (the maximum hourly rainfall is 20-50 mm, and the local area can exceed 60 mm), and there are strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and gales (see Figure 1).

Therefore, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue rainstorm warning at 06:00 on August 25.

Specific forecasts for the next three days

  From 08:00 on August 25 to 08:00 on August 26, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of the northern Sichuan Plateau, the eastern and southern parts of the Southwest, the eastern Jianghan, and the eastern Inner Mongolia. Among them, the southeastern Sichuan, the southern Chongqing, and the northern Guizhou There is heavy rain in the area (100~150mm).

There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northwestern Shanxi, and northern Hebei (see Figure 2).

  From 08:00 on August 26 to 08:00 on August 27, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwest Heilongjiang, southeastern Tibet, southern Huanghuai, most of Jianghan, eastern and northern Southwest, and northwestern Jiangnan. Among them, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (100-120 mm) in parts of southeastern Tibet, southern and western Hubei, southern Sichuan, central and eastern Chongqing, and northeastern Guizhou (see Figure 3).

  From 08:00 on August 27th to 08:00 on August 28th, there were moderate to heavy rains in central Heilongjiang, eastern Tibet, most of Huanghuai, western Jianghan, and northeastern parts of southwestern China. Among them, there were moderate to heavy rains in southeastern Tibet, northeastern Sichuan Basin, Heavy rains (50-80 mm) occurred in parts of the northeast and central parts of Chongqing.
