On October 25, W12000-450, the world's largest upper slewing tower crane, rolled off the production line at the intelligent plant of Zoomlion's tower cranes in Changde, Hunan.
This product is an ultra-large tower crane specially built by Zoomlion for the world’s largest road-rail dual-purpose cable-stayed bridge under construction—Changtai Yangtze River Bridge. It weighs 4,000 tons and has a rated lifting moment of 12,000 tons. It is the world's first over-slewing super-large tower crane with a capacity of over 10,000 tons and meters, with a maximum lifting weight of 450 tons and a maximum lifting height of 400 meters, which is equivalent to lifting 300 cars to a height of 130 floors at a time.
