.

On October 10, after her assault, she had been operated on urgently.

His state of health was stabilized but considered fragile and worrying.

She lost her life last week.

The attack took place at the home of the victim's sister.

In separation with her husband, the fifty-something had taken refuge there a month before the tragedy.

Her husband went there to look for his daughter, according to her testimony.

An argument then allegedly arose and the man allegedly hit his wife, daughter and sister-in-law with a dagger.

Prosecuted for assassination

Following this attack, he was indicted for a triple assassination attempt and placed in pre-trial detention.

After the death of his wife, the 59-year-old is now accused of murder.

The prosecutor of the Republic of Mulhouse considers in fact that the premeditation is constituted, specify our colleagues.

The victim had filed a complaint for acts of violence in 2018. It had been closed.

This procedure will be examined to verify whether "everything had been done at the time to protect this woman," said the prosecutor.
