Precipitation will reactivate markedly in the afternoon

From the Atlantic coast to Normandy, the Center Val-de-Loire, Auvergne and throughout the South-West, the sky will gradually cover itself, bringing initially light rains. Precipitation will strengthen in the west at the end of the day. In the south of Aquitaine, it will rain more regularly in the morning. Precipitation will reactivate significantly in the afternoon and lead to significant accumulations. From east to west in the Pyrenees, it will also snow all day, from 600 to 800 m in the morning, then higher and higher in the afternoon above 1,200 to 1,500 m, then at -over 2,000 m in the evening on the west of the chain.

On the north of Hauts-de-France and the Grand Est in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, the day will start under a heavy sky with a few showers of rain or snow from Avesnois and Ardennes to the Lorraine plateau, with weak Snowfall from 300/500 m on the Massif Central and the massifs of the East.

In the afternoon, clearings will develop over the center-east, clouds will remain predominant over the northeast.

The Mediterranean regions will enjoy a sunny or cloudy day in Languedoc-Roussillon.

Tramontane and Mistral will however blow quite strongly, between 70 and locally 90 km / h at the coast.

Temperatures will remain positive in the coastal regions and south of the Garonne

In Corsica, the showers, which are still frequent early in the morning on the western facade, will regress by the sea while becoming less frequent.
